Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID) as required by hotels and authorities in Madhya Pradesh.

3. Temple Protocols

For pilgrimage tours (Ujjain, Omkareshwar), guests must adhere to the specific dress codes and behavioural protocols mandated by the temple authorities. We are not responsible if entry is denied due to violation of these rules.

4. Force Majeure

M.P Events & Tours shall not be liable for any delays, alterations in the program, or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, weather conditions, sickness, political closures, or any untoward incidents.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
